InRange (tryinrange.com) is operated by iosappshub.com Weronika Góralczyk, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP 8133515569, REGON 180802464), ul. Zbożowa 24, 32-087 Bibice, Poland. Using InRange — on the website or in the iOS app — means you accept these terms. InRange is a business tool, offered only to businesses located outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — not to consumers. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

InRange scans a job posting and tells you which US pay-transparency statutes appear to apply, quoting the statute text and a source link. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee legal compliance. We try to render a posting the way a candidate would see it, but that doesn't catch everything — a range shown as an image, gated content, or a PDF can still be missed. You're responsible for your own compliance decisions; consult a lawyer for anything InRange flags as unclear.

Where a posting's location can't be matched to a state, InRange says so rather than guessing — such postings are shown as "Requires review" and are not treated as compliant.

You can sign in with a passkey, a one-time code or link sent to your email, or a password you set. Whoever controls your sign-in method or your account email can access your account — keep them secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

One account per business is fine. On the Agency plan the account owner can give up to five teammates access to the same account; the owner is responsible for who they invite and for what those people do in it. Teammates can't manage billing.

Free, Starter ($39/month) and Agency ($349/month) plans are described on our pricing page and in the Billing tab. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales, use, VAT or similar taxes where they apply; if we are required to collect tax, it will be shown at checkout.

Paid plans are subscriptions: they renew every month until you cancel, and payment is taken by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your card number. You can cancel anytime from Billing → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you keep the paid features until then. If a payment fails, we may downgrade the account to Free until it's resolved.

Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded on cancellation, except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing. If you think you were charged in error, email us.

Downgrading to a plan with a lower posting limit doesn't delete your postings, but you may need to remove some to add new ones.

Only submit postings you have the right to have scanned (your own listings, or public listings you're evaluating for legitimate business reasons). Don't use InRange to scrape, overload, or attack any third-party site, or to violate any law. Don't use automated tools to call InRange at a rate that degrades it for others; the public scanner on our homepage is rate-limited for that reason.

You keep ownership of the postings and text you submit. You give us permission to process them to run scans, keep your history and produce your reports — nothing else. The InRange software, design and statute database are ours; these terms don't transfer any rights in them to you.

The InRange iOS app is a companion to the website and uses the same account and plans. It's licensed to you under Apple's Standard License Agreement. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Subscriptions are bought on the website, not in the app.

We may change, add or remove features, and we don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell account holders by email in advance.

INRANGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Statutes change; we verify our citations periodically, not continuously.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM INRANGE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE ONE MONTH BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (WHICH IS $0 ON THE FREE PLAN). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY PENALTY, FINE, OR LAWSUIT ARISING FROM A JOB POSTING'S COMPLIANCE STATUS. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

You can stop using InRange at any time and delete your account yourself: in the dashboard under Settings, or in the iOS app under Settings. Deleting the account cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your saved postings, scan history and reports — it can't be undone. You can also ask us to do it by email.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk; where reasonable, we'll tell you why first.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about InRange. If a part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

You agree that we can give you notices, receipts and service messages electronically — by email to your account address or inside the product — and that these satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.

If we change these terms meaningfully, we'll update the date above and, for account holders, tell you by email.
